Amnesty International details China's systematic persecution of the Uyghur minority in the Xinjiang region. It shows how, since 2017, Beijing has carried out a campaign of repression against the predominantly Muslim minority, incarcerating Millions in so-called "re-education" camps. But even those spared imprisonment are subject to harsh surveillance measures.
