Net migration number includes NHS workers and Ukrainian refugees - but is it sustainable?

Net migration has risen to a record 606,000, almost the population of Glasgow, official statistics show.

However, the big number is made up of some groups of people which both the public and politicians don't want to reduce, including students, NHS workers and refugees.
