Chairman Of Medanta Hospital Chain Dr Naresh Trehan said vaccines should reach every level. "We don't have enough vaccines to vaccinate everybody yet... when that time comes, public must understand their responsibility," he said, adding that hospitals are filled with older patients who have got the infection from youngsters.
