NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg warns that Russian President Vladimir Putin is “preparing for more war”, in comments made ahead of a meeting to discuss additional military aid for Ukraine.
The regional governor for Donetsk, Pavlo Kyrylenko, said “there is not a single square metre in Bakhmut that is safe or that is not in range of enemy fire or drones” after renewed shelling of 16 settlements near Bakhmut.
