Former speaker of the US House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi says European leaders should not worry about something that "may never happen", in response to the idea of Donald Trump's possible re-election in November.

On Ukraine, she said the United States must continue with the support it has provided so far, so that "victory may be achieved sooner."
