More medical teams have raced to Nagorno-Karabakh where an explosion at a fuel depot killed at least 68 people and injured nearly 300. Many are in critical condition.

It happened as those seeking to flee the region to Armenia lined up for petrol on Monday.

The cause of the blast is still unknown.
