An 18-year-old student and her mother are set to travel to space after winning a trip on Virgin Galactic’s VSS Unity space craft.
Anastatia Mayers and her mother, Keisha Schahaff, are will make history as the first mother and daughter duo to go up into space.
Anastatia, originally from Antigua, is studying physics at Aberdeen University, and hopes to one day work for Nasa.
The Virgin Galactic rocket plane carried customers into space in its first commercial flight last month.
