Morocco is reeling in the aftermath of an earthquake that has killed more than 2,600 people. The survivors, who are being pulled from the dust and rubble, are in critical need of shelter, food and medical assistance.
Some are still searching for loved ones trapped under the rubble.
Survivors are being housed in temporary tents after their homes were destroyed or damaged in the quake.
Rescuers face a narrowing window to save any survivors from the rubble of devastated villages in Morocco’s Atlas Mountains, three days after the country’s strongest-ever earthquake.
