Ukraine's pleas for aid have also found an audience in Seoul, South Korea, where President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made a virtual appearance. There, he pleaded with the South Korean government for weapons, with Russia expected to soon ratchet up its assault.

"What can be essential for us— you have it," he told lawmakers there.
