Ministers 'determined to root out' cultural issues in police forces

Policing Minister Chris Philp has told Sky News that ministers are "determined to root out" cultural issues in police forces.

It comes after nine police officers and staff are being investigated for alleged sex, drug and fraud crimes after a security screening of all UK forces.
