Minister 'confident' - but can't guarantee - Rwanda flights will take off next year

Sophy Ridge asks Work and Pensions Secretary Mel Stride if he can guarantee that flights to Rwanda with asylum seekers will take off next year.

Mr Stride tells Politics Hub with Sophy Ridge: "I am confident that because we have done a lot of hard thinking well in advance of this judgement."

He says they are working on legislation "such that we end up in a position where we are able to commence those flights and I am confident that we'll be able to do that".
