Will migrant flights to Rwanda take off before the next election?

Home Secretary James Cleverly is unable to guarantee that migrants will arrive in Rwanda from the UK before the next election, but adds that he sees "no reason why there should be more impairments to doing the right thing".

It comes as Mr Cleverly signed a treaty with the country.
