Humanitarian organisations in Pakistan are struggling to get aid to more than 33 million people affected by the worst floods in decades. More than 1,100 have died since the monsoon rains began in June.
Most of those deaths have been in rural parts of the southern Sindh province, where people live in basic mud and brick houses.
