Western leaders are remembering Mikhail Gorbachev, the last head of the Soviet Union, as a towering statesman who helped end the Cold War. However, his legacy has received a cool response from some in Russia. The country is engaged in a war with Ukraine to regain some of the power it lost when Gorbachev presided over the Union's collapse.
