Mexico says it plans to vaccinate 125,000 people against the coronavirus before the end of the year.
The country's deputy health minister unveiled the vaccination programme on Tuesday even as hospitals report being overwhelmed.
Health workers and the elderly will be prioritised when the Pfizer and BioNTech jab is administered this month.
