Maryam Naiby is the head of the Women Hope Caravan organisation in Afghanistan and manager in charge of Zan TV (Women TV in Dari), which is an Afghan television channel that almost exclusively employs women and offers programming that particulalry addresses issues relevant to women in Afghanistan.
She tells us what it is like working in the field and a country dominated by men, and what she hopes for Afghanistan's future.
