Manchester Arena Inquiry: First aid providers 'still not regulated' six years after attack

The Chairman of the Manchester Arena Inquiry has made a plea to the Home Secretary for "lasting change" after it emerged there was no timescale to act on one of his key recommendations.

The government has done nothing to close a loophole that left first aid providers at entertainment events unregulated, which led to "abuse and deaths," the last day of the inquiry was told.
