Manchester Arena bombing: MI5 'profoundly sorry' attack was not stopped

MI5 director general Ken McCallum says he is "profoundly sorry" the secret service did not prevent the attack at Manchester Arena in 2017.

His statement comes following the third and final report by Sir John Saunders, which found there were missed opportunities to take action against Salman Abedi.
