UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is expected to make a statement on blood contamination compensation to the UK Parliament. The announcement comes after a report into Britain's contaminated blood scandal was released. An estimated 30,000 people were given contaminated blood in the 1970s and 1980s, with about 3,000 of those believed to have died.
