Lithuania has accused 12 Belarusian officials of illegally crossing the border in a standoff between Belarus and the European Union that has led to a migrant crisis.
Lithuanian says Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has orchestrated the arrival of more than 4,000 refugees and migrants in recent weeks out of revenge for EU sanctions imposed on his regime after Lukashenko forced a Lithuanian plane to land to arrest a critic.
