Sky's Alex Crawford gives an update from Derna in eastern Libya where aid arriving from other countries is said to be "sparse".

Reports suggest almost a quarter of the Libyan city of Derna has been washed away, following a massive flood fed by the breaching of two dams in heavy rains.
