Congress Leader, Ghulam Nabi Azad while speaking in the Rajya Sabha said that the Lal Qila incident should not have happened. He added that whatever happened on Republic Day at the Lal Qila is against Democracy and his party and the entire opposition condemns this act but the innocent farmers should not be implicated in Lal Qila ruckus case.
