Labour's shadow schools minister Catherine McKinnell has told Sky News that her party will "work within" official forecasts to halve net migration by 2028.

It comes after her party announced its plans to reduce net migration - with Sir Keir Starmer accusing the Conservatives of having "repeatedly broken their promises" to get the number down.
