Labour 'will keep up' attack advert campaign on the Prime Minister

Pat McFadden, the Shadow Chief Secretary to the Treasury, has defended his party's attacks on the Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.

This includes adverts that say Mr Sunak does not want to jail child sex offenders.

"The ads that we've produced punch pretty hard, but they do so for an important reason," Mr McFadden said. "And that is that the government has a record - it's got a 13-year record."
