Shadow health minister Andrew Gwynne has told Sky News "victims of the Horizon scandal need justice", adding Labour would back the prime minister's bill "if it meets the test of justice".

The Post Office inquiry will resume after Rishi Sunak confirmed a new law to exonerate victims of the scandal.
