The shadow chancellor has told Labour's conference in Liverpool the party will examine every ongoing major infrastructure project to "get Britain building again" after it wins a general election.

Rachel Reeves also announced that Labour would launch an independent expert inquiry into the HS2 fiasco "to learn lessons for the future", as Sky's Ed Conway reports.
