Labour: 'Massive moment' if Stormont is restored

Former Shadow Northern Ireland Secretary Peter Kyle has told Sky News it would be "a massive moment" if power-sharing returns to Stormont.

It comes after the DUP agreed a deal to restore power-sharing, subject to legislation by the UK government.
