Labour: Keir Starmer speech had the feel of an election rally - Beth Rigby analysis

Reacting to Sir Keir Starmer's speech in Manchester, Sky's Beth Rigby said she had to ask herself if she was in the midst of a general election campaign.

The Labour leader laid out his party's priorities for government should it win power with five missions he said will give the UK "its confidence, its hope and its future back".
