Labour leader, Sir Keir Starmer is expected to insist the party has drastically changed under his leadership and Labour has undergone more than just a 'paint job' in his speech from Milton Keynes, targeted at Tory voters.

Criticising his predecessors Jeremy Corbyn and Ed Miliband, Starmer will acknowledge the public having problems with the party 'for a while'.

Speaking on the fourth anniversary of the 2019 General Election, which saw Labour lose in a landslide, Starmer will promise to give Britain 'hope' under a government 'driven by your values'
