Polls have closed in Kuwait to elect a new parliament and voters are hoping this time they will get a Parliament that lasts for more than a few months.
The National Assembly has been dissolved three times since September, because of a stalemate between politicians and a leadership controlled by the ruling Al Sabah family.
People in Kuwait are said to be growing frustrated by a democracy, which some say is no longer relevant to.
