A top Russian official has said it could go to war with NATO if Ukraine strikes inside Russia with US weapons.

It comes after Joe Biden lifted restrictions on Kyiv defending Kharkiv with American weapons.

The shift in US policy didn't stop Russia from launching missiles on civilian infrastructure in Kharkiv overnight, where at least four people have been killed and dozens more injured.
