Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second-largest city, came under attack from Russian S-300 missiles late Tuesday, Mayor Ihor Terekhov said.

One of the structures that was hit was a hotel where foreign journalists and delegations were staying, regional Gov. Oleh Syniehubov said.
