The brother of Julian Assange, Gabriel Shipton, has told Sky News that "the writing is on the wall" as Joe Biden "considers" releasing him.

The US President has received a request from Australia, where Mr Assange is from, to drop the prosecution and allow the WikiLeaks founder to return to his country.
