Johnny Depp says listening to Amber Heard’s testimony has been “insane”

Actor Johnny Depp returned to the stand in his defamation lawsuit against ex-wife Amber Heard on Wednesday, telling jurors that listening to Heard’s allegations against him has been “insane.”

“It’s insane to hear heinous accusations of violence, sexual violence, that she’s attributed to me – that she’s accused me of,” he said, testifying that all of the allegations she has made against him are false.

During his testimony Depp also insinuated that Heard had transformed the story of Depp’s ex-girlfriend Kate Moss falling down a flight of stairs into one of abuse, even though the supermodel testified herself that it was an accident.

“Ms. Heard took the story and turned it into a very ugly incident all in her mind,” he said, adding that he had never pushed the former supermodel down any stairs.

On Wednesday in very brief testimony, Moss said that she and Depp were vacationing in Jamaica during their relationship, and it had been raining. She then slipped down the wet stairs in their suite, she said, and Depp raced to help her up, carried her to her room and got her medical attention.
