Johnny Depp is suing his ex-wife for $50m claiming that he has lost work after she wrote an article in the The Washington Post about being a survivor of sexual violence.

The Hollywood actor isn't named in the article but he claims it's implied.

Amber Heard is counter suing her ex-husband for $100m for physical, emotional and sexual abuse that she claims she suffered during their relationship.

The trial in Virginia, USA, is expected to last the next 7 weeks.
