Japan earthquake: Rescue efforts hampered by powerful aftershocks

Aftershocks and bad weather have hurt rescue efforts in western Japan, following the earthquake on New Year's Day
Hundreds of buildings collapsed in the area. Prime Minister Fumio Kishida has warned it is a race against time to save those still trapped. At least 73 people are known to have died.
