A Pakistan court indicted jailed former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan and his third wife, Bushra Bibi, on graft charges on Tuesday.

Officials alleged Khan and his wife accepted a gift of land in exchange for large sums of laundered money.

This is the second indictment of Khan and his wife over acts of corruption allegedly committed while the former cricket star turned politician was in office. The couple was convicted in a separate graft case on charges of selling state gifts while in office.

Khan, 71, is currently serving multiple prison terms and has some 170 legal cases pending against him on charges ranging from corruption to inciting people to violence.
