A clash broke out yesterday evening in Delhi's Jahangirpuri area where two groups created ruckus by pelting stones and vandalised the vehicles during the incident. A sub-inspector named Meda Lal was also shot while controlling the situation. The Sub Inspector said that the miscreants attacked police when they were trying to handle the situation on the spot.
