Italy's most-wanted mafia boss Matteo Messina Denaro has been arrested at a medical clinic in Sicily where he was undergoing a medical procedure.
He is alleged to be the leader of the Sicilian Cosa Nostra mafia and has been on the run for the last thirty years. Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said his arrest was a great victory for the state.
