Israel-Hamas war: US President arrives in Israel

President Joe Biden has arrived in Israel - as soon as he stepped off Air Force One, he was greeted by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The US President's arrival coincides with protests across the Middle East following an explosion at a Gaza hospital which is said to have killed at least 500 people.
