The United States says the death of the ISIL (ISIS) leader is a significant blow to the group.
Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurayshi is thought to have detonated a bomb during a US military raid, killing himself and his family members.
But, as Al Jazeera's @Sinem Koseoglu reports from Hatay, just across the border with Turkey, people want to know how al-Qurayshi was able to hide in plain sight.
