The governor of Iowa, Kim Reynolds, is sending helicopters to the small town of Rock Valley to help evacuate citizens from flooded homes over the weekend. Reynolds issued a disaster declaration for 21 counties in the region, and town officials said that their priority is evacuating people in need of help. #Iowa #flooding #RockValley #SiouxCounty #weather
