India has successfully test-fired the nuclear-capable ballistic missile Agni 5, days after a clash with Chinese troops; External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar thanked UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres for a call to reform the Security Council; a special investigation team has been set up to crack the hooch case in Saran district of Bihar, where 26 people have died and at least 12 others have taken ill since Tuesday night, officials said.
