The government today approved the inclusion of an intranasal Covid vaccine in the vaccination programme as a booster dose for adults. The inclusion comes amid a surge in cases in China and some other countries; 16 soldiers, including three officers, were killed after the army truck they were travelling in fell into a gorge in Sikkim, the army said in a statement, and other top stories.
