In A Week’s Time, India Will Reach The Peak Of The Third COVID Wave: Dr Jayesh Lele, IMA

India is currently witnessing a surge in COVID-19 cases, said to be driven by the Omicron variant. According to health experts, the third COVID wave has arrived in India. When asked when will the wave peak, Dr Jayesh Lele, General Secretary of the Indian Medical Association said, "In a week’s time, India will reach the peak of the third wave. By the third week of February, COVID cases should go down."
