The war in Ukraine and China's escalating military activity near Taiwan have aroused awareness of civil defense in Taiwan. As of now, more and more grassroots training groups have sprung up and started educating people on skills like first aid and evacuation drills. One of the organizations provides the one-day course which attracts people aged 20s and 30s.
