The UN Security Council has urged Israel and the Palestinians to avoid actions that could further inflame tensions in the occupied West Bank.
There's growing international concern about escalating violence, that's been some of the deadliest the region has seen in years.
DW Correspondent Rebecca Ritters went to the West Bank to talk to people on both sides of the conflict.
