How much money buys happiness? | Cost of Living

Reported findings by two Nobel Prize-winning economists in 2010 popularized the idea that at a certain point money could buy happiness. That point? $75,000 US. However, one of those researchers says he was wrong about the figure.

Cost of Living looks at TikTok's latest budgeting craze — "cash stuffing" — and asks why the hot new thing is paying with cash stashed in envelopes marked 'groceries' and 'electric bills.'
