In Delhi St+art India Foundation is taking art out of museums and galleries and into the streets working with communities to champion local causes.

It has turned some crime-ridden areas into thriving art districts, and the foundation is working with artists using innovative techniques - including making touchable art for blind people, and using shadows to raise awareness about water scarcity.
