Scientists say climate change is to blame for most of the heatwaves being recorded around the planet, according to a study.
But climate change link to droughts and other catastrophes is not that clear.
In the study published in the journal Environmental Research: Climate from IOP Publishing, scientists says human activity and governments could be to blame.
